Has anyone else noticed that guys always say that they like girls that don’t wear a lot of make-up, don’t have fake boobs, don’t dress slutty, ect… but then the only ones they ever say are “so hot”, are the ones with more make up on than most of us wear in a year, with either plastic boobies or a massively padded bra pushing them up to their necks? Just wondering, because this is how every guy is that I’ve ever come across.

Here’s the thing. I will never use the term “so hot” to describe a girl that I would actually date.  Guys are hardwired to be attracted to extreme feminine qualities (i.e. revealing clothing, fake boobs, ect).  We can’t help it that we find them “so hot”, that doesn’t mean we like them or would want to spend more than one night with them (you get the idea).

But it is the understated girl that we go crazy about.  The one who walks with class, who stands with pride, who doesn’t have to pretend to be a woman—she just is.  These are the ones that will consume our daydreams.  These are the ones over which we will agonize for hours.  These are the ones we will spend days trying to impress, trying to catch just one approving glance.

It isn’t the slutty girl who leaves nothing to the imagination that ultimately catches the good guy’s eye.  He knows he could get her without much trying.  But it’s the mysterious girl, who’s always just one step ahead.  The one who won’t tell all on a first date.  The one that demands time—quality time.  These are the girls the good guys are willing to fight for.  These are the girls that the good guys know they can’t let get away. These are the girls in whom are worth investing a lifetime.
